Terms of Service

Terms that match the work offered by IT Wingman LLC.

These terms set expectations around scope, payments, scheduling, recovery limitations, and the working boundaries for technology services provided by IT Wingman LLC.

Section 01

Scope of service

IT Wingman LLC, doing business as IT Wingman provides practical technology services for small businesses and local clients, including support, troubleshooting, consultation, website help, setup work, repair-oriented work, and evaluation services.

Not every issue can be resolved remotely, immediately, or within a fixed-price offering. Some work requires follow-up scheduling, additional diagnosis, third-party parts, or a separate scoped engagement.

Section 02

Payments and online purchases

Certain services may be purchased online at a fixed price. Payment covers the listed service or evaluation, not an unlimited guarantee of outcome.

If the purchased service reveals a larger underlying issue or a different work path, additional work is quoted separately before proceeding.

Section 03

Scheduling and client responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate contact details, relevant device or account access when needed, and enough information to reasonably evaluate the job.

Missed appointments, extensive travel changes, or work delayed by missing access may require rescheduling or a revised scope.

Section 04

Data and recovery limitations

Technology work can involve risk, especially where damaged hardware, unstable storage, or incomplete backups are involved.

IT Wingman LLC does not promise guaranteed repair outcomes or guaranteed data recovery. Evaluation and recommendation come before any honest prediction.

Section 05

Warranty and liability

Unless stated otherwise in writing, services are provided on a reasonable-effort basis. IT Wingman LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service use, interruptions, third-party provider failures, or pre-existing system conditions.

Clients should maintain appropriate backups, especially before repair, migration, or recovery-related work.
